 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

     The meeting was held on Saturday, November 1, 2008.

 

     Each GCARES Board Member gave their year-end reports.

 

     Election of Board Officers was held.  The new Board of Directors are as follows:

     The changes to the Bylaws (which take effect on January 1, 2009) were approved by those members present at the meeting.
